Return & Exchange Policy

At Savya Khetan, each garment is made to order and handcrafted by skilled artisans exclusively for you.
As every piece is created upon request, we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges.

However, returns or exchanges will be considered only in the following cases and will be processed via a credit note.

Damaged Goods

Every product undergoes a strict quality check before dispatch.
If you believe your order is damaged, please contact us within 5 working days of receipt with supporting images and details.
Once approved, a credit note equal to the product value will be issued.
Please note that slight variations in colour, texture, or handwork are natural to handcrafted garments and are not considered defects.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please reach out with your order number and name.
We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped once the original piece is returned in its unused, original condition and packaging.

 

Return Process

  • Contact us via WhatsApp or email to initiate a return or exchange.

  • We recommend capturing photos or an unboxing video in case of transit damage.

  • Once received, the returned item will undergo a quality check.

  • Upon approval, a replacement or credit note will be issued within 10 working days.

All returned items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with labels, tags, and original packaging intact.
Savya Khetan reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

All accepted returns will be settled only through a credit note, excluding shipping and handling charges.
Credit notes can be redeemed for future purchases from our online store.

 

Refunds

All refunds are issued in the form of a credit note once the return or exchange is approved by our Quality Control team.
Credit notes are valid for 365 days from the date of issue and may be used toward any future purchase on our website.

 

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
After this period, cancellations cannot be accommodated as production begins immediately.

Approved cancellations will be refunded only via a credit note, valid for 365 days.
No cash or online payment refunds will be made.
